Twenty-year-old Lan Zongbao (upper) says goodbye to his brother who is about to leave for Guangdong for work in Nongyong Village of Baosheng County, southwest China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Feb. 27, 2015. Nongyong Village, a rural area located in the northwest of Yao Autonomous County of Dahua in Guangxi, is identified as one of the most unsuitable places for human habitation apart from desert by UNFAO. The only connection between this remote village and the world outside is a bunch of young people, who work in east or south China's modern cities and counties. Like all the youth in their ages, they chase after fashion by getting rid of rustic appearance and changing into fancy lookings. Despite of edgy hairstyles and stylish dressings, home is where their hearts are. Every year during the Spring Festival, they come back home, getting together with families and bringing fresh air to the village. (Xinhua/Huang Xiaobang)
