A 7.0-magnitude earthquake hit Lushan County of Sichuan Province at 8:02 a.m. Beijing Time (0002 GMT) on Saturday, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC). The epicenter, with a depth of 13 kilometers, was monitored at 30.3 degrees north latitude and 103.0 degrees east longitude. Residents in Chengdu felt the earthquake. (Xinhua/Li Qiaoqiao)
