A rescued miner is helped to get to the surface after a rock outburst took place at the Junde Coal Mine in Hegang City, northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, March 15, 2013. Sixteen miners had been rescued and four others remained trapped underground in the coal mine accident which occurred early Friday.
