Jiaolong brings back 11 new species from 7,000-meter dive (1/4)

Photo taken on June 27, 2012 shows a deep-sea fish taking the bait set by oceanauts in Pacific Ocean. China's manned submersible Jiaolong has successfully completed its program of deep-sea dives to 7,000 meters in the Mariana Trench in the Pacific Ocean. Through the program, oceanauts and scientists have explored the underwater geological structure and discovered 11 new species. (Xinhua)
