'This is exactly the taste!' African diplomat recommends Chinese braised beef at CIFTIS

"This is xactly the taste! People at my hometown love it,"said Gregory Ikome, counsellor at the Embassy of Cameroon in China, after having a taste of Chinese soy-sauce-braised beef at the 2026 China International Fair for Trade in Services.

For Ikome, the beef is spicy and flavorful, a perfect match to African tastes.
