A huge flower basket arrangement with the theme "blessings to China" is being installed at Tian'anmen Square in Beijing, capital of China, on Tuesday as part of the plan to decorate the square and Chang'an Avenue for the upcoming National Day holiday next month.
Many tourists took photos in front of the flower basket as it was taking shape.
The Beijing Municipal Forestry and Parks Bureau unveiled the plan for this year's flower basket arrangement on Tuesday morning. The construction work commenced on Sept. 15 and is expected to be completed by Sept. 25.
Flowers bearing good wishes to the country and five cereals (rice, two kinds of millet, wheat, and beans) will be displayed inside the main basket.
