A total of 21.4 metric tons of flour made in Mongolia was officially imported at Erenhot Port in north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. This made the history of Mongolian flour's first export to China, marking the official opening of the import business of Mongolian flour in China.
It is understood that the value of imported Mongolian flour was more than 160,000 yuan ($21,928).
To ensure the smooth entry of Mongolian flour, the Erenhot customs opened a green channel. They designated special personnel to take the initiative to connect with import shops. The customs then understood the import plan and the relevant demands, and promptly completed customs clearance. The customs also collected applicable laws, regulations, and standard requirements to ensure the safety of imported food.
