Russian ethnic group celebrates Basque Festival in Inner Mongolia

People of the Russian ethnic group gathered to celebrate the Basque Festival, also known as Russian Easter Day, in Enhe Township of Hulun Buir, north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region on Sunday. 　

The festival falls on a Sunday in April. Various feasts and activities will be　held during the week-long celebration, including folk singing, dancing,　and egg painting.

The Russian Easter festival has been listed as China's national intangible cultural heritage.
