More than 50 Tang tri-colored glazed pottery figures unearthed

More than 50 tri-colored glazed pottery figures of the Tang Dynasty (618-907) and rare pottery ware were unearthed from a tomb in east China's Shandong Province on Friday.

Glazed pottery with the dominant colors of yellow, brown and green was very popular in the Tang Dynasty (618-907). It was later called the tri-colored glazed pottery of the Tang Dynasty, or Tangsancai.
