3rd press conference on Chinese people's heroic victory 80 years ago held in Beijing

(ECNS) -- China on Tuesday held the 3rd press conference on commemorating the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War ahead of the V-Day parade on Sept. 3.

International representatives were invited to the press conference to introduce Chinese people's war of resistance against Japanese aggression, such as Yokichi Kobayashi, the son of Kiyoshi Kobayashi (a Japanese veteran of the Eighth Route Army), Jean-Louis Bussiere, the son of French doctor Jean-Augustin Bussiere, and Michael Crook, the son of Isabel Crook and chairman of the International Committee for the Promotion of Chinese Industrial Cooperatives.

The press conference was organized by the press center for the events commemorating the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War.
