Local authorities in Yancheng City, south China's Jiangsu Province made decisions on Thursday to completely close the chemical industrial park in Xiangshui County in which a fatal explosion occurred on March 21.
The deadly blast claimed 78 lives and left dozens of people with severe injuries.
