Sixth military music festival by SCO member countries held in Tashkent

(ECNS) -- The sixth military music festival of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member states named "Peace Horn" has been held in Tashkent, capital of Uzbekistan.

The Chinese PLA Military Band, together with the military bands of other SCO members, presented an audio-visual feast for more than 7,000 people.

The Chinese PLA Military Band gave a solo musical performance as well as a parade piece.

The SCO is an intergovernmental organization founded in Shanghai on June 15, 2001. Eight countries enjoy the status of SCO full members: China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, and India.
