Electric Multiple Unit (EMU) trains have been ready for service on tracks in Nanchang, east China's Jiangxi Province.
The trains in the EMU repair and maintenance center have been checked for the Spring Festival travel rush, which will begin on January 26.
Known as "chunyun" in Chinese, the Spring Festival travel rush is typically a time of increased transportation demand as many people travel to reunite with their families for the Lunar New Year.
