U.S. eases Nvidia H200 chip exports to China

(ECNS) -- The U.S. government announced on Tuesday it would resume shipments of Nvidia's H200 chips to Chinese customers.

Last month, U.S. President Donald Trump said on social media that Nvidia would sell H200 chips to China in exchange for a 25% fee for the U.S. government.

According to U.S. media reports, the H200 chip has higher performance than the H20, but it is not Nvidia's current best product.
