Restaurant fire in Northeast China's Liaoning kills 22

(ECNS) -- A restaurant fire in Liaoyang City, northeast China's Liaoning Province on Tuesday, killed at least 22 people and injured three others. 

The fire broke out at 12:25 p.m. in Sanlizhuang, Baita District of Liaoyang, according to CCTV News.

The local government has launched rescue operations.

The cause of the accident is under investigation.
