The 95-kilometer-long road linking Li County and Xiaojin County in Aba Prefecture in Sichuan Province, integrates classic elements of western Sichuan such as snow-capped mountains, forests, river valleys, glaciers, and meadows. It connects famous scenic spots --Bipenggou and Siguniang Mountain.
