(ECNS) -- China's Tianzhou-7 cargo craft will conduct a three-hour rendezvous and docking procedure after it docks with Tiangong Space Station, according to the China Manned Space Agency.

Since the operation of the space station, 2-hour and 6.5-hour rendezvous and docking plans have been applied.

Three-hour rendezvous and docking technology provides a more efficient way for the space station to transport supplies, and reduces the pressure of various systems during the mission, according to the China Manned Space Agency

The Tianzhou-7 cargo craft, scheduled to launch in the coming days, will help deliver supplies and descend the waste for the space station.
