Liu Dewen wins gold in Men's Taijiquan-Taijijian all-round at Asian Games

(ECNS) -- Chinese athlete Liu Dewen captured gold in the men's Taijiquan -Taijijian all-around event at the Aichi–Nagoya Asian Games 2026 on Monday.

Liu's performance combined precision and fluidity, earning him the top spot in the discipline that blends tai chi hand forms (Taijiquan) with tai chi sword routines (Taijijian). His victory added to China's strong showing in wushu at the Games.
