The event focused on expanding European sales channels, sustainable brand development and emerging technologies such as robotics and embodied intelligence showcased at this year's IFA. Discussions centered on how Chinese brands can enter and expand in the European market.

During the keynote session, industry experts from both countries shared insights on channel strategy, product selection and after-sales service. The CEO of Technaxx Germany offered a European perspective on the consumer electronics market. A representative from OTTO China discussed German consumer preferences and the latest product-selection criteria used by the European e-commerce giant. A speaker from Seel, a U.S.-based e-commerce service provider, explained how after-sales protection can turn customer support from a cost center into an asset that builds brand trust.

A highlight of the evening was "China Brand Night," during which TechXFluencer, a global community for tech creators, was launched. The platform focuses on consumer electronics and uses a dual-track model combining online creator community operations with offline brand experience events, providing scalable and efficient influencer marketing solutions for Chinese brands seeking to expand globally.

The event also featured business matchmaking, a product exhibition area and a pop-up robot show, highlighting leading applications by Chinese companies in robotics and embodied intelligence.

IFA Berlin 2026, one of the world's largest trade fairs for consumer electronics and home appliances, is being held at Messe Berlin from Friday to Tuesday. The annual event has attracted more than 1,900 brands from around the world, with Chinese companies prominent among the exhibitors.
