A father was seen handcuffed to his daughter in Beijing South Railway Station, in Beijing, China on Wednesday, February 4, 2015. The father says he worries that his daughter who has weak eyesight might be abducted during the travel rush. He has also equipped the child with a GPS wristwatch and a pendant with his phone number written on it.

A lot of children trafficking cases have been reported across China in recent years, which is also another reason for the father's anxiety.
