Ten 24-hour self-service "libraries" are facilitated in Chaoyang District, Beijing Wednesday.
Alike an ATM machine, such a "library" can hold more than 1,000 volumes. Following normal borrowing and returning procedures, it is easily operated with a reader's card that can be applied with ID card.
