Words to my younger self: Women leaders reflect on their journey

“If you could go back to your twenties, what would you say to yourself?”

At the Global Leaders' Meeting on Women, being held from Oct. 13 to 14, female political leaders from around the world shared heartfelt messages to their younger selves.

"I would like to tell my younger self: invest in yourself and rise with others," said Poornima Gunasekera, minister and deputy chief of mission at the Embassy of Sri Lanka.

Please educate yourself, and try to do your best at work, said Slovak Deputy Prime Minister Denisa Saková, adding, "If you can combine your personal life with professional life, you will be successful at the end." (Huang Fang)
