From Xinjiang to Fujian: A barbecue journey of unity

Mierabudula Saidimaimaiti, a native of Moyu County in Hotan Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, moved with his family to Songxi, Fujian Province in 1997. He began his entrepreneurial journey with a small barbecue stall and went on to establish a food company in 2016.

Today, his business has grown into a restaurant chain with 108 outlets and nearly 300 employees.

In addition to his own success, he has created employment opportunities for nearly 10,000 people from his hometown, building bridges for ethnic exchange.

Committed to charity causes and the development of his hometown, he actively promotes ethnic unity and progress, embodying the spirit of "Xinjiang and Fujian as one family" through practical action.
