(ECNS) -- The Ukraine crisis has brought five key impacts to the world and is reshaping global patterns during the past three years, said Zhang Hong, researcher at the Institute of Russian, Eastern European and Central Asian Studies of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, in an interview with China News Network.
Zhang pointed out that Western countries use security politics as an excuse to promote deglobalization, exacerbating global fragmentation. He emphasized that the crisis has reached an uncontrollable situation where it cannot be handled without immediate peace talks.
