(W.E. Talk) Togo seeks to become Africa's Shenzhen through China's assistance: association president

China's rapid development over the past few decades has entranced Africa, said Xie Yanshen, president of the Overseas Chinese Association in Togo, in the latest W.E. Talk. 

Xie noted that China is seeking to pursue common modernization with African countries while focusing on its own domestic development. He believes that China-Africa cooperation is bound to be elevated to a new height. (Xue Lingqiao)
