Innovative preservation of ancient trees with 'ID cards' in E China's Fujian

To better preserve the ancient trees, which are important historical and cultural resources, an innovative conservation measure has been rolled out in Yongtai County, east China's Fujian Province. 　

Each of the ancient trees has been equipped with a unique "ID card", a QR code that shows the detailed information about the ancient tree. 　

A museum with the theme of ancient and famous tree conservation has also been established, becoming the first of its kind in Fujian Province, as part of the efforts to preserve the living cultural relics.
