The 24th Harbin Ice and Snow World, a renowned seasonal theme park in northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, opened to public on Saturday.
Covering 810,000 square meters, the Harbin Ice and Snow World contains 100 ice and snow tourist attractions and has eight entertainment venues free of charge this year. Visitors can overlook the entire ice and snow world from the 120-meter-high sky wheel.
Harbin is the birthplace of Chinese ice- lantern art. Harbin Ice and Snow World opened in 1999 when it represented China at a world contest.
