30 wild Asian elephants are hunting for food in SW China's Yunnan

(ECNS) -- A herd of more than 30 wild Asian elephants looked for food in the mountain forest of Xishuangbanna, southwest China's Yunnan Province on Monday.

Local wildlife authorities watched closely to ensure their safety. Police also used drones to monitor their moves.

The elephants returned to their original habitat after foraging.
