(ECNS) -- A total of 50 camels have been rescued in Ejina Banner of Alashan, north China's Inner Mongolia, by local border police.
According to local police, 60 camels raised by herdsmen were trapped in the reed marshes of Juyanhai Lake.
The subsequent search and rescue operation using aircrafts and air-cushion vehicles covers about 66.3 square meters of Juyanhai Lake.
