(ECNS) -- Li Shaoyu, an inheritor of the intangible cultural heritage of traditional Chinese Miao embroidery, has finished a 7.2-meter-long work of "Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival."

Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival" is a panoramic painting by Zhang Zeduan, an artist in the Northern Song Dynasty (960-1127).

It has taken Li and other two embroiderers one year to finish the masterpiece.

Li started to learn embroidery from her mom since eight, as the technique is an essential skill for girls of the Miao ethnic group.
