However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, he has unexpectedly become a well-known local food vlogger.
"I had hoped to become a travel vlogger and record good things happening in the Chinese mainland, not only Chengdu and Tibet. I love food and traveling, so I choose to do what I am interested in. That's why I chose to make videos about food. It's really interesting to get to know different cultures through food," he said.
For He, Chengduhas many things to film. Over the past year, his account has gradually grown in popularity.
What's more, He became increasingly familiar with Chengdu cuisine and fascinated by the Chinese culture behind the food.
He has witnessed the rapid development and changes of the Chinese mainland and encourages more young people from Taiwan to visit.
