Xi congratulates Cheng Li-wun on election as KMT chairperson

Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, on Sunday congratulated Cheng Li-wun on being elected chairperson of the Chinese Kuomintang (KMT) party.
