CPC members exceed 100 mln

(ECNS) -- As of Dec. 31, 2024, the total number of Communist Party of China (CPC) members reached 100.271 million, with a net increase of 1.086 million compared to the end of 2023, representing a growth rate of 1.1%, official statistics published on Monday showed.

The membership of the CPC has steadily expanded, with its structure continuing to improve and primary-level Party organizations growing stronger, according to a report released by the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee.

The CPC had 5.25 million primary-level organizations at the end of 2024, an increase of 74,000 compared with the previous year.
