As temperature rises, Namtso Lake enters its best tourism season. Namtso, which means "Sky Lake" in Tibetan, is located in the Xizang Autonomous Region of China. With an elevation of 4,718 meters and a surface area of approximately 2,000 square kilometers, Namtso Lake is the biggest lake in the Xizang Autonomous Region and also the second largest salt lake in China.
