S. Korea says DPRK fires unidentified projectile into eastern waters

The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) fired an unidentified projectile into eastern waters, South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) said Thursday.

The JCS said it in a short statement without mention of any further detail of the launch.
