Lo Wu port reopens as cross-border travel fully resumed(1/3)

All border checkpoints between Hong Kong and the mainland reopened. Three land crossings closed to passengers for three years reopened on Monday, including Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau and Heung Yuen Wai.
