Canteen staff in the factory made giant dumplings filled with Latiao, or spicy sticks. The dumplings, each of which weighs about one kilogram, were given to workers to celebrate the Winter Solstice.
Latiao, made from flour, spicy oil and food additives, is a popular Chinese snack among Chinese and also has a huge following abroad.
