Contestants from many countries submitted over 1,600 photos to the Angsai International Nature Observation Festival, including animals and plants, according to the organizers. The Angsai Grand Canyon is located at the riverhead area of the Lancang River, home to plants resistant to cold temperatures. In the festival, 54 participants in 18 teams observed nature in a designated area in Angsai Township, Zadoi County of Qinghai Province, under the guidance of local nomads, and then recorded their findings.
