Blue alert engaged for dust clogging the air in Beijing(1/11)

Visibility is low in Beijing on Wednesday as the municipal observatory issued a blue alert at 5:35 a.m. for dusty weather. The average level of PM10 particles topped 1,988 micrograms per cubic meter, according to data released by Beijing municipal environmental monitoring center.
