Chinese yam

This is an excellent source of B complex vitamins and also contains a good amount of antioxidants and Vitamin C. It stimulates the production of the skin collagen and brings smoothness and elasticity to the skin. Yam also renews damaged skin and improves the smoothness of the skin.

Tremella fuciformis

It is rich in plant collagen protein which is excellent for skin moisture retention and skin flexibility, as well as anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic properties. Their ability to prevent senile degeneration of micro-vessels also helps maintain blood perfusion to the skin.

Salmon, Walnuts, and Flax Seed
