Zhao Chun's Solo Exhibition

The solo exhibition of artist Zhao Chun is on display at Spring Art Museum. Born in 1970 in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, Zhao is a graduate of the Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts in 1995. Zhao is noted for his depiction of Chinese minority females. His realistic brushworks vividly express the jewelry, costumes and environment of the minority women. Some critics have said Zhao's paintings fulfill the imagination of the Western viewers toward the mystery and elegance of Oriental culture.
