Punk pop sensation, eight-time Grammy nominee and seven-time Juno Award winner, Avril Lavigne will be back to rock the audience this year. She will give her first China concert in Shanghai on February 21.
The Canadian singer shot to fame in 2002 when she was 17 with her debut album "Let Go." She then went on to win fans around the world with her ablums "Under My Skin" (2004) and "The Damn Thing" (2007).
Avril also scored a string of global hits with singles like "Complicated," "Sk8er Boi," "I'm With You," "Girlfriend," "When You're Gone" and "The Best Damn Thing." She has sold more than 30 million albums and nearly 50 million singles worldwide.
The pop idol is going to release her fifth album this November. It includes "Here's To Never Growing Up," written by her and her husband Chad Kroeger.
