(ECNS) -- Chinese troops participating in the China-Cambodia Golden Dragon 2025 joint exercise arrived at Yunyang Port in Cambodia on Monday morning. The Cambodian side held a welcoming ceremony at the dock.
The exercise would focus on joint counter-terrorism and humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations, and it is also the 7th one in this series between the Chinese and Cambodian militaries.
Upon arrival, the Chinese task units closely coordinated with the relevant Cambodian departments to carry out unloading operations and, as planned, proceeded to their designated exercise areas.
They were engaged in mutual learning activities to enhance their understanding of ship structure, equipment performance, loading and unloading processes, and other professional knowledge. They also conducted joint damage control and emergency evacuation.
