The registration for next year's national civil servant recruitment exams is to begin on Monday, October 30, reports chinanews.com.
This year's exam will recruit for a record 28,533 government jobs. More than 80% of the new civil servants will work at grass-root positions with the central government.
From 2013 to 2017, the recruitment has been risen from 20,839 to 27,061. Applications for the jobs have surpassed one million for 9 consecutive years.
Last year, around 1.48 million people took the exam.
This year's registration will last till November 8. The exam is due to be sat on December 10.
