China will launch manned spacecraft Shenzhou-11 and space lab Tiangong-2 in 2016, according to China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation.

The Long March-5 and Long March-7 carrier rockets will also finish their maiden flights this year.

The country is expected to carry out 20 space launch activities in 2016.

It is reported that China will finish building a manned space station around 2022, which is expected to be the world's only on-orbit space station by that time.
