Four Chinese citizens have been arrested in Russia for alleged abduction and murder of a Chinese businessman according to Tartarstan International Bureau.
A 51-year-old Chinese businessman was reported missing on March 25. His son received an unknown call in the morning and was told that his father had been abducted and would be killed if he did not pay the 10 million Russian ruble (172,500 USD) ransom.
The police began to investigate those who knew the businessman and his financial situation well. Gradually they narrowed it down to four Chinese males aged between 26 and 34. One of them is also a businessman while the other three are unemployed.
Police searched a house which was rented by these people just a couple of days prior to the abduction. Once inside, they found the body of the abducted businessman.
