Shanghai General Motors will recall 22,508 2015-model Chevrolet Cruze cars due to defective vacuum boosters, China's quality watchdog said yesterday.
The move involves vehicles manufactured between April 16 and December 12, 2014, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine said. The shells of the boosters are prone to crack, which could pose a safety hazard, the watchdog said.
