China Internet Conference opens with diversified topics

Internet security, big data and technology-enabled lifestyle are among the topics of the 2014 China Internet Conference which opened on Tuesday, August 26 in Beijing.

Revolving around this year's theme "Create Infinite Chances", about 200 tech executives will discuss a variety of aspects related to the latest trends of Internet-based technologies.

A seminar devoted to Internet security will see industrial experts share their views on how China can learn from Internet security policies in other countries. Another seminar will gather insiders to share their opinions on the future of big data.

Open forums will also be arranged to explore the future of adopting cutting-edge technology in transportation, home entertainment, healthcare, online education, etc.

The 2014 China Internet Conference runs until August 28.
