The world largest five-hundred-meter aperture spherical radio telescope (FAST) is currently under construction in Pingtang county, southwest China's Guizhou province, the Beijing News reports.
The telescope, as large as 25 football courts, can be used to observe weak electromagnetic waves from the edge of the universe.
