An explosion jolted a parking lot outside the Caojiapu Airport near Xining City in Northwest China on Tuesday afternoon.
No casualties were reported.
According to the China Youth Daily, the explosive was placed in a dustbin at a corner of the parking lot and there were cleaners working nearby when it blew up.
Police have cordoned off the site and are searching for whether or not more explosives have been installed in the area.
